A very classic Amarone. Big, bold, jammy fruit flavours with cherries, vanilla, coffee, and cinnamon. 18 months of slow fermentation creates a complex wine with a long lingering finish. This wine does benefit from being allowed to breathe before serving. It's well worth the wait to give it 30 minutes once the cork is removed.
